- Baby, we got "officially married" three years ago today! And while you don't feel that this is our true anniversary, it is one of sorts. Our first conversation was you calling me over to your lunch table and asking for my number (since you were the xc/track team captain 😜). My first impression of you was during practice when you made a snarky remark about how I should know not to wear black when running in the sun. Since then we've had so many adventures. And while our first two years of marriage felt just shy of hell (with the exception of Zachary), this year has been more amazing than I could have imagined. Since then you've taken me so many beautiful places that fill my soul. Taking our pregnancy test in Austria, and googling the meanings just to be sure. Had our precious boy. Bought new rings for each other to mark the emersion of our marriage into the light ☀️, and found a steady gym buddy. You are my opposite in so many ways. You have always been so intense and disciplined. I've always been so laid back. You've helped me learn how to be on time, and I've helped you learn how to slow down and admire the beauty of God's creation. While we certainly butt heads sometimes, we always come to an agreement. We even each other out. You are the strengths to my weaknesses, and I am yours. I love you more than you know! Thank you for never giving up, even when it's annoying. 💕He's just the best 😍 Get you a man who can do both (simultaneously) 😂 #zacharywinstonFor the past month I've been pouring free time into this project for 2D Design class. The assignment was to use a selfie and create 3 portraits from bits of paper, the first colors analogous, the second complimentary, and the third tertiary or split complimentary. I can't even count up the amount of hours I had to spend on this to complete it. So much patience, perseverance, and the assistance of tweezers y'all... But I'm finally done. 🤦♀️ . Swipe to see the original ---> and the process ---> . I don't even know if this was worth it, but I do know I'd have been happy stopping after the first portrait. Also semi salty because she gave me a B+. Y'all... #ProfessorIsInsane . This level of care and detail is what I give to my professional photography, and I'd much rather give it to that. 😂 🎉I love you, and this feels like a century ago. ♥️
